Computer Accuracy
The garment patterns are digitized, manipulated and graded using the latest technology hardware and Stylecad software.
This ensures accuracy, consistency and efficiency. The same system is used to create the cutting markers to achieve the highest fabric yields possible.

Fabric Cutting
The fabric is then laid on the cutting table, checked for quality, and then cut using power cutting knives.

Sewing
Burke and Wills uses skilled sewing machinists whose areas of expertise vary. This enables us to produce a variety of different garment styles. Machinists are responsible for their work, which in turn improves the quality. After the fabric and leather is cut, the pieces are sewn together on modern industrial sewing machines. Some machines have been especially imported from Europe and Japan to maximize quality, consistency & efficiency
